Stunning Regency Napoleon III style hand-carved gilt rope mirror featuring a large stylized bow and tassel crest. Thick nautical style ropes twist around to the bottom ending in a tassel. The glass has foxing and has an antique look. Purchased from the Pebble Beach estate of billionaire banking heir Richard Mellon.
