About the Item
17th Century Italian Baroque Architectural Bases Pair of Carved and Giltwood Elements featuring blue painting details, a pair of antique decorative architectural elements probably coming from an altar furniture, suitable to realize two bed-side tables or to be used as sculpture basements.
Give an Italian Baroque taste and use them as original and unique bases.
One basement is a little bit larger, measures 63 cm height x 43.5 x 37 and the other one is 59,5 cm high x 48,5 x 39.
They come from a private collection of Milanese and are in overall good condition with signs of wear and use consistent with 1600 period. They have got a good structural stability.
This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 50 years ago requires a governative license for export called Belle Arti. The shipping may require additional 2-3 handling weeks to require and get the license according to the final destination of the artwork.
