Avray Tipping With an Important Bookplate of The Right Honorable Malcolm John MacDonald PC OM, (1901 – 1981) who was a British politician and diplomat. He was born to future Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald and Margaret MacDonald. He served in the Great Britain government for many years in multiple positions.
