Diderot et d’Alembert, premiers Éditeurs de l’Encyclopédie (The Methodical Encyclopedia or the Order of Materials for an audience of scholars and artists, preceded by a universal vocabulary, which serves as an index for all the work, adorned with the portraits of Diderot and d’Alembert, the earliest editors Of the Encyclopedia) , called also Encyclopédie "Panckoucke", published from 1782 to 1832 in French, is a monumental work based on the Encyclopedia or Dictionnaire of science, art and artists of Diderot and d’Alembert with the aim of improving and completing it.
