Early 20th Century Danish Framed Angel Needlepoint with Gilt Thread
About the Item
Decorate a study or hallway with this elegant and colorful wall decor. Hand crafted in Denmark circa 1937 set in a frame protected with glass, the panel depicts an angel reaching down from the heavens to guide a young man. Depicted in the background are large golden sun rays bringing light to the land, further depicted is a small church with trees on either side. The religious work art is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns intricate needlework and vivid colors. Original hanging hook in the back for easy installation.
