Sculptural 19th Century Teaching Aid

About

Sculptural 19th Century Teaching Aid, produced by the L.E. Knott Apparatus Company of Boston, circa late 19th Century. This teaching aid was most likely used for teaching math courses. It has a very sculptural and graphic form, and makes a wonderful decorative object, as seen in the photo of the Barbara Barry interior incorporating a similar example.
