Antique Sporting Pen Knife, Shooting, Tennis 1930s Brass and Steel
About the Item
A folding sporting penknife with inoxydable bronze handle. A good traditional French manufactured knife by Coursolle, their trademark logo being 'adjustable wrenches'. The penknife comprises of one large blade, one small blade, a corkscrew and a bradawl. On one side of the handle in raised relief is a gentleman shooting and a tennis player on the other, also on both sides in raised relief are the words 'Depose'. One blade is 3 inches long and the other 1 ¾ inches, the long blade with the tool trademark logo and name Coursolle. The spring mechanism is still stiff on this knife with the small blade and corkscrew difficult to open, should ease with use.
