Extraordinary, charming tobacco box, made in the 1910s, an original art nouveau piece, made by wellknown Johann Maresch, Czech Republic. The tobacco tin is designed like a linen bag, tied with a rope. Above - on the lid, is a laughing man, it looks like he's looking out of the bag. A really charming design, made in cold painting. The smoking accessory is made by Johann Maresch, as can be seen from the stamp on the bottom, which also reads Czech Republic. Measurements approx.: height 21,5 cm - 8,46 in, diameter 13 cm - 5,12 in. An exceptional collector's item that has an extremely wonderful design and is from a famous manufacturer from the 1910s. A special piece for ceramic collectors, Johann Maresch connoisseurs, special design lovers and also smokers.
