1960s Replogle Glass Illuminated Library Globe

About

This 12" library globe was manufactured in the 1960s by Replogle (Chicago, IL) and edited by cartographer, Gustav Brueckmann. Composed of paper gores over glass with a cast brass half-meridian and black metal and brass round base. Primary color is a mint green. Minor wear commensurate with age and use (spots of tarnish / patina to the brass), but remains in very good, vintage condition.
