A fine antique Belgian 19th century Physical and Political library globe on stand by Merzbach & Falk,  Brussels, dated 1881. The patented globe was published by Merzbach & Falk in assocation with the Geographical Instute of Brussels. It is raised on a highly decorative ebonised turned stand and base with brass axis setting.
