About the Item
The appeal of the Lavinia screen resides first in its decorative quality, even before any consideration for its function. Rather than adapt to any sort of interior setting, it enhances the surrounding decor and draws attention by its very distinctive and sofisticated character. The exclusive Lavinia screen consists of two elements of movement. The forms are those of the past, the tubular create the essential geometries that deliberately create rich echoes of the history of design.
The two sails, respectively with square and round profile, create an unusual play of movements, of the two, the sail with a round profile is in fact only movable. The materials used frame this intriguing play of shapes; we therefore find a rigorous base in refined black marquina polished marble, while the panels supported by a metal structure in gold are finished with an eclectic square weave print leather,
The panels of this beautiful Lavinia screen can be finished with various leather samples and viewable on request.
