Op Art 3-Panel Screen c 1960s

About the Item

A remarkable work of fantastical swirls and shapes in vibrant colors, this continuous psychedelic artwork is on canvas stretched and mounted on three wood framed panels hinged together to make a panel screen. Of particular interest is that the reverse of the screen is also decorated with a colorful design. Perhaps the front panels were painted on the verso of a previously discarded work, but its inclusion adds charm to the piece. In very fine vintage condition. Sadly, unsigned.
