A highly decorative piece of Victoriana, these were in every great town house and used as entertainment pieces both for the maker and the lady’s friends who visited, it’s amazing what people did for good conversation.
This has the completely original finish, the front is in fine order, the back is hessian mounted which has perished, I can have it replaced for the cost price should the new owner wish
