About the Item

A very rare and fine 19th Century polished brass stick or umbrella stand, fully restored and of exceptional quality. The finely cast polished brass body of circular form is surmounted with a decorative hoop carrying handle above an elegantly simple single column support featuring a four section tier with stunning c-scroll motif detail, which forms the holder for canes, walking sticks and umbrellas, terminating on moulded and domed circular drip pan base.
