Shaggy Bean Bag Chair Cover, Icelandic Sheepskin Black Spot
By Emily Barbara
Located in Dural, AU
Imagine relaxing into this cozy genuine sheepskin beanbag while you unwind after a long and tiring day. This inviting shaggy bean bag chair is handcrafted from the finest long wool Icelandic sheepskin resulting in the most amazing shaggy and tactile appearance with a wool range of 4 to 6 inches (10 - 15cm) in length. The natural white and black spot color is unaltered (not dyed), preserving the natural beauty of the original sheep wool color. These natural color tones carry character and individuality and will vary throughout the sheepskin cover. The natural white may have creamy undertones while darker brown undertones may be found in the natural black. These are natural characteristics of sheep wool and every sheepskin will differ making each bean bag extraordinarily unique. Whether styled in the kids bedroom to help with learning, placed in the living room for additional seating or in the cinema room for the ultimate gaming experience, this long wool shaggy bean bag will be loved and enjoyed by all. Our Icelandic sheepskins are carefully sourced directly from Europe, using only natural by-product and eco-friendly processing, without the use of harsh and toxic chemicals that are damaging to the environment and humans, making them safer and healthier inside the home for everyone to enjoy. Each Icelandic sheepskin beanbag chair is individually handcrafted in Australia by eluxury home with expertise and craftsmanship and most importantly made to strict child safety law. The sheepskin beanbags come with an additional internal cotton bean fill cover, a safety child lock zipper and a genuine leather base for extra durability and easy care. Eluxury home are artisan makers of authentic sheepskin beanbags and offer this design in a collection of long wool sheepskin colors, view image gallery for color selection. This sheepskin bean bag does not come with bean fill but can be requested upon additional charge. At eluxury home we use polystyrene fill and this cover will require about 400 - 500L depending upon desire of firmness. Black Sheepskin Rug, Black Icelandic Shaggy Long Wool
By Emily Barbara
Located in Dural, AU
This sheepskin rug can be custom made to any size. Please check stock for this listing and enquire for pricing for a customized rug in natural edge, straight edge, or round rug designs. This natural black sheepskin rug is handcrafted using fine quality long wool Icelandic sheepskin. With a rustic feel and an inviting shaggy appearance, this rug will add cosy elements to any interior. The black wool is the original sheep fleece with an eco-tanning process preserving the organic and natural color tones and markings found in the wool, therefore brown undertones may be present with natural high lights and streaks throughout the fleece. With an incredible long wool pile raging between 8-20 cm (5-8 inches) in length, this irresistible shaggy sheepskin rug will make a statement. Sheepskin qualities are underestimated, as they are cool in the summer as its hollow fibre absorbs heat and releases the heat over seven times faster than a synthetic fibre while in the colder months its warming properties keep us snuggle and warm. At eluxury home, the Icelandic sheepskins we use for this rug are carefully sourced directly from Europe, using only natural by-product and eco-friendly processing, without the use of harsh and toxic chemicals that are damaging to the environment and humans. Our premium selection of Icelandic sheepskins allows our sheepskin rugs to be sustainable and are a safer and healthier flooring option for everyone to enjoy. Each Icelandic sheepskin area rug crafted will be unique as no two sheepskin rugs will ever be identical or exactly the same. The irregular rug...

'Partu' Ngumu Janka Warnti High Chair 'Black' by Trent Jansen & Johnny Nargoodah
By Trent Jansen
Located in Beverly Hills, CA
‘Partu’ (2020) is the Walmajarri word for ‘skin’ and is Johnny Nargoodah and Trent Jansen's latest collaborative project experimenting with this combination of disparate sensibilities. Found materials and leather are used to create awareness about Material Culture and recycling. This collection was developed in Thirroul on the New South Wales Coal Coast. Johnny and Trent came together four times over a period of 18 months, developing new methods for collaboration that could shape their incongruent knowledge, methods, and skills in designing and making into co-authored outcomes. These methods include: ‘Sketching exchange’, a process of back-and-forth sketch iteration, allowing an idea to evolve with equal input from both creators; and ‘designing by making’, a method of working with materials at full scale, to design an object as it is being made. In this approach the prototype is the sketch and both collaborators work together to carve, construct and/or manipulate material, giving the object three-dimensional form as they design and make simultaneously.
