About the Item
The pattern here is taken almost verbatim from that of the earlier Heriz Serapi rugs, with its dramatic pink medallion and pendants contrasting efficiently against the ivory background. This design scheme represents the true signature style of this region of Azerbaijan, although it's very rarely seen in this colour combination. A truly sturdy rug that can be used in areas of extensive foot traffic.
