Antique Chinese Rug with Dark Red Field and Colorful Design, Circa 1930's

About the Item

The dark red-brown field shows a homestead among rocks in one corner, which is loomed over by an array of huge flowering stems. Similar flowers run up along the opposite border and spill over into the field. A crescent moon hangs low in the sky. Moderate weave, good condition.
