Navajo rug from the Trading Post Era, handwoven textile created in the 1920s-1940s, circa 1935. Woven of native hand-spun wool in natural fleece colors of gray/brown/tan with a geometric pattern in white/ivory, black/brown and red (dyed with aniline). This weaving is well suited for use on the floor as an area rug or runner and for display on the wall.
