Immaculate 60's Shiravian Heriz - Persian Tribal Serapi
6' 5" x 9'10
Gorgeous example of one of the best Heriz weavers in Persian history. Sheravian Heriz's are known for being incredibly thick and strong rugs. Often featuring deep colors and intricate details. These designs really stand out from typical Serapis woven during this era. Flaunting meticulous, tribal style floral designs that are unique and captivating. These pieces are highly sought after by collectors and its easy to see why.
The pile of this piece is comprised of luxuriously plush Persian wool, expertly hand knotted to create a functional and lasting masterpiece for any floor. Because this rug is so well made it will take plenty of traffic and handle the weight of your furniture with ease.
This Heriz's design is absolutely captivating. With rich maroons, and purples that compliment its regal appearance. Earth tones balance out the richness and offer just enough contrast so that the meticulous details do not go unnoticed.
