This fine example represents a contemporary reimagining of Ziegler Sultanabad carpets of the 19th Century, handwoven in high-grade wool – a modern twist on a classic work of design, it features an unusually irregular and spacious design, with tones of deep blue and red, across an ivory ground, framed by a wide duck-egg blue border.
