About the Item
Zeki Müren was a singer known for his unique voice and flamboyant costumes. Müren also did design studies and signed the decor of the stages where he performed. In fact, he was one of the successful students at the State Academy of Fine Arts at the time.
The motifs he designed in the late 1970s were taken up to make a carpet collection in Isparta. Although most of these carpets have been destroyed or worn out, you can still find pieces in excellent condition like ours in the bazaar.
Müren's rugs are timeless carpets that tell of a taste and sensibility that is unmatched. In the history of the oriental carpet, before Müren nobody had ever dared so much.
