About the Item
Large scale comfortable chairs with overall carved and gilt frames. The crest rails with scrolled flower centers and canted ends. Ribbed ribbon twist arms with leafy ends, the seat rails with swags on the sides, raised on fluted leafy legs. Upholstered overall in a colorful cut velvet fabric. With Michael Taylor plaque and labels.
Measures: H. 41", W. 26 1/2", Depth 25", seat H. 20"
Condition: Expected gilt losses and expected wear to the arms and crest but good patina, overall very good condition and presenting very well.
