A beautiful 1950s Italian cream two-seater sofa attributed to Paolo Buffa with a structure crafted of bent walnut that adds to its durability and strength. One of the standout features of this collectable vintage sofa is the crossed wooden panels on the sides, a curved and organic frame, with splayed and tapered feet that give it a distinctive look. This vintage Italian sofa is a rare find, with its label indicating that it was crafted by the renowned furniture workshop "Bottega del Salotto di Antonio Cerchia" located in the beautiful city of Sorrento. This workshop is known for its exquisite craftsmanship and dedication to creating pieces that are both beautiful and functional. ---- We are an exhibition space and an online destination established by the passionate art director behind Jonathan Amar Studio. Our gallery presents a harmonious mix of iconic and engaging 20th-century pieces and bespoke contemporary lighting. With a strong focus on Italian mid-century designs, his success strives from sourcing designs with striking shapes, creative techniques, and interesting materials that cross the concept of time in the same way a Spirit does.  All our pieces are expertly restored at our atelier and we only offer items that will last another lifetime. Our 350 square meter workspace includes a luminous gallery, a restoration atelier where our expert artisans in metalwork, woodwork, upholstery, and electrics; restore each piece with the mission to honour a balance between restoration and preservation. There may be light age-related wear but no hard damages or structural issues.  Since the launch of our gallery in late 2017, we have exported over 1200 items to buyers in 21 countries located in all four corners of the world from Europe and North America to Asia and Australia. In the United States alone, we have ensured the delivery of over 600 pieces of all sizes (from massive dining tables to small decorative objects) in 23 states. We take the utmost attention to our packaging by building robust made-to-measure boxes in our atelier with the aim of providing safe and cost-effective delivery prices for every client. Most deliveries arrive smoothly in less than 8 days. We are located both in Paris and Rabat. FYI the Morocco Free Trade Agreement (MAFTA) went into effect on January 1, 2006.
