About the Item

One of the icon of Polish mid-century design, beige armchair, designed by Edmund Homa - Polish architect, industrial and interior design designer, professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. The armchair has been manufactured by Goscicinska Furniture Factory in Poland in the 1960s. The structure is made of solid beech wood in a palisander color, finished with a semi matte varnish. The upholstery is made of a high quality linen-cotton fabric in warm beige color. The set has been professionally restored - the wood has been restored, the tension belts have been changed, new upholstery foams used, reapholstered with linen-cotton fabric. We can prepare these armchairs in different fabric and wood color according to your needs.
