We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of fully restored George Smith Whiskey brown Georgian style Occasional or desk armchairs RRP £10,400 for the pair I have five of these armchairs, two pairs and one single armchair, all other pieces are listed under my other items A true masterpiece of an armchair, this chair looks sublime in any setting and has very agreeable dimensions for those of us looking for a comfortable chair that doesn’t take up a lot of space The chair frame alone currently retails for £3119 without upholstery, the leather is £1300, there is a 10% leather application surcharge and then hand dying is £400, the total price is £5200 per chair The whole set has been fully restored to include all leather checked and replaced if required, the frames have been washed back, stained and French Polished, the leather has been fully stripped back hand dyed, antiqued, hand dyed again and then sealed giving each piece this amazing one off heritage look and feel Dimensions: Height 90cm Width 73cm Depth 73cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
