About the Item

Drum Chair designed by Mac Stopa in 2016 for Cappelini, Italy. Mac Stopa is Polish-born architect and designer, with a fascination for mathematics and geometry. The Drum chair is a tribute to the 1980s hexagonal electric drum pads, popular in this era. To say that this armchair would have a strong visual impact, would be an understatement: It attracts all attention in a space, and not only due to its sheer size; we find a strong resemblance with 1970s Opart pieces as the pattern appears to move when changing the viewing angle. Condition: Very good, minor signs of use, barely noticeable Origination: Italy, 2000s Material: Fabric, foam, metal Approximate Dimensions: Height 148 cm Width 106 cm Depth 87 cm.
