About the Item

Antique carved and painted kubbestol, a traditional Scandinavian chair crafted from a single log. The lovely original brick red paint is accented by a carved, blue painted band. Some of the original finish is worn or chipped down to the natural wood below adding an aged patina. While there are expected old age-related cracks, nicks, scratches and wear, this log chair remains in very solid, stable condition. Restored and waxed. Please refer to professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed. Photos are part of item description, please ask questions or request additional photos of specific areas if needed.
