About the Item
Old meets new in this chic pair of Louis XVI style arm chairs in a gilt finish.. We love the restrained elegance of the Louis XVI style, and these chairs feature many of the details characteristic of the style--oval back, lovely carved detail at the die joins (where the base of seat meet the legs) and tapered, fluted legs. We re-upholstered the chairs in a fresh charcoal and white Schumacher stripe, giving these very traditional chairs a fresh, modern look.
