It is the original blue painted finish that draws one to this lovely pair of rococo high back side chairs from Sweden.
The original blue paint with traces of white has been lightly scraped revealing the warm patina of the pine while adding to the gentle grace of these chairs.
This pair has been restored, so the chairs are stable and ready for use. All nicks, scratches, cracks and signs of wear are commensurate with age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this lovely pair.
