About the Item

Paola Chair Designed by Vico Magistretti Paola is a historic chair by Vico Magistretti that embodies the balance between tradition and modernity-a project where rigidity meets softness, and solidity is paired with lightness. Tacchini is proud to reissue a chair that reflects the duality present in many of the Lombard architect's works: composed and robust, yet stackable and lightweight for easy movement. A subtle helical twist defines the rear legs as they extend to support the gently inclined, curved backrest, while the rounded lines of the front legs soften the geometry where they meet the rectangular seat. Dimensions W 50 × D 51 × H 75 cm - Seat H 44 cm W 19.69" × D 20.08" × H 29.53" - Seat H 17.32" Materials & Structure Frame: Solid wood Seat: Rectangular, lightly padded Covering: Zareen leather Key Features Design: Iconic chair by Vico Magistretti, blending tradition and innovation Craftsmanship: Subtle helical twist in the rear legs and refined geometry Functionality: Stackable and lightweight for flexible use Elegance: Contrast between sturdy structure and softened lines Versatility: Ideal for dining areas, contract spaces, or modern interiors Why Choose Paola Paola is more than just a chair-it is a timeless expression of Magistretti's design philosophy, where essential lines and functional details merge into a piece that is both practical and poetic.
