A charming early windsor armchair with a hooped back and hand-turned spindles over a "waist" of a continuous bent arm with a central shoulder on the back of the arm across the four middle spindles, on a thick seat supported by four pole turned legs. Attractive wear and retaining traces of historic paint. Sturdy and comfortable. A rustic yet sophisticated piece.
