As set of eight American made, Italian Venetian style, carved wood dining chairs with upholstered seats and backs. This vintage set of dining chairs have been beautifully crafted in a Venetian Italian style, and feature subtle hourglass-shaped upholstered backs with arched crest, and an elegantly pierce-carved intertwined ribbon about all four sides. Seats and backsides of these chairs are generously sized for comfort! The chairs are gracefully raised upon cabriole legs, decoratively carved at knees and just above the pad-style feet. The pair of arm chairs have smoothly carved wood arms, with volute details within their angular knuckles. Custom paint is primarily a pale gray with off-white and beige accents. The chairs have been newly upholstered in a neutral Belgian linen. These Italian-style set of eight chairs are ready to take their place about your dining room table, adding a touch of Venetian romance and comfort to the space!
