French Mid-Century Modern Neoclassical Sofa or Day Bed Attributed Jean Royère


French 1940s sofa, settee, chaise lounge or daybed in the modern neoclassical spirit and attributed to Jean Royère with X-frame design head and foot boards that rotate up and down providing multiple use. Made of French Sycamore wood. The total width in the closed positon shown in the main photo is approximately 55.5". The piece will extend to approximately 83" when fully open with both arms level with the ground.
