Juliana Lima Vasconcellos
Based in Brazil, the architect and designer Juliana de Lima Vasconcellos develops a personal and unique work in architecture, interior design and design. She is seen as one of the most prominent professionals of her generation. With an Architecture degree from UFMG (Belo Horizonte, Brazil), she runs her studio developing furniture and design pieces. She lays priority on natural materials as stone, wood and metal and loves 20th century design, especially Brazilian, French and Nordic. With an elegant aesthetics without excesses, she values specially the light, color palette and the textures combination. Juliana has taken part of the most important showcases for interior design in Brazil. Her portfolio also includes furniture exhibition with Matheus Barreto in SP Arte, IDA/ARTRIO and MADE. They currently develop furniture pieces for galleries in Brazil and Europe. Her projects have been published in important publications. Having worked with fashion, she has lived in some cities like New York, Barcelona and London and now divides houses between Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
