They are most likely designed by Henning Kjærnulf and manufactured in Denmark by EG Møbler or Sorø Møbelfabrik
The frame, legs and armrests are made of turned and carved solid oak upholstered with the original striped woolen fabric from the 1970s.

The fine natural surface and patina with a warm glow has slowly been added after years of daily use.
There may be some small stains or scratches which are basically only part of the furniture's history.
