Introducing a truly extraordinary set of Space Age "Horn" armchairs. Fresh out of our workshop this set is the very epitome of "one-of-a-kind". Featuring exquisite horn-shaped arms carved from solid European Walnut with out of this world woodgrains this aesthetically captivating set of lounge chairs is as comfortable as they are stylish. Fresh out of our workshop this Space Age set boasts new upholstery in a fabulous burnt orange cotton bouclé by Knoll Fabrics. Each chair features new medium density foam for maximum comfort and longevity and all wooden surfaces have been hand-sanded, refinished and brought back to their original luster and perfectly offset the warm, vintage feeling cotton bouclé. Simultaneously seductive and foreboding, stylish and ultra-comfortable the combination of the audacious design and utilization of luxurious materials is sure to make a BOLD statement in any space this one-of-a-kind set inhabits. At time of listing there is no other set like these available anywhere in the world, making these horn chairs the very epitome of "sui generis". Perfect in both home, gallery or office settings this armchair set can blend seamlessly against a multitude of design backdrops from Mid-Century Modern to Abstract to Contemporary and everywhere in between. The mix of solid and veneered European Walnut arms and bases have been hand-sanded and refinished and show no wear whatsoever. The upholstery, redone in a fabulous burnt orange cotton bouclé by Knoll, is also in showroom, never sat in condition. The cushions have been replaced with medium density foam for maximum comfort and longevity. This one-of-a-kind armchair set is incredibly comfortable, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use thanks to their recent restoration.
