An absolutely jaw-dropping pair of meticulously restored lounge chairs from a boutique series produced by Baker Furniture, circa 1960. Extremely rare examples. Stout, expertly crafted ebonized solid mahogany construction. This elegant Asian influenced chair is highlighted by a striking panel and foot detail subtly accented in golf leaf. Heavy and extremely comfortable. Important jewelry specifically designed to anchor an important room. This fabulous design is routinely attributed to the work of the esteemed Michael Taylor. The unmistakable look of old money. The pair are shipped completely installation ready. The arm height is 22 inches; the frame back is 26 inches. The height listed below is per the back cushion. Excellent restored condition. The chairs have been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered, while purposefully maintaining the lovely wear and patina on the arms. Expert custom upholstery in a spectacular textured Larsen fabric. Retains the maker mark. Expert custom upholstery service is available. The price listed is for the pair.
