Built of solid teak with exceptional old-growth woodgrains and expertly shaped into rounded arms and backs for maximum comfort this loveseat is truly extraordinary. Comfortably seating two, this sofa is also petite in stature and grand in aesthetics. Featuring new upholstery in accordance with the original intricate scheme this lovely two-seater is ready for a lifetime more of use. Ideal for collectors or designers with limited space but unwilling to compromise on style this sofa can blend seamlessly against a myriad of design backdrops from MCM to Contemporary to Modern. Very few of these sofas are available for sale in North America and fewer still in such excellent condition. The solid teak frame is in 100% original, vintage condition showing two small gouges as well as other minor nicks and scratches (all of which can be seen in the photos provided). With that said the wood is in overall very good condition and the woodgrains are absolutely mesmerizing in natural light. The upholstery, redone in a neutral beige knit fabric, is freshly installed and in showroom condition.
