About the Item
Solid maple rectilinear desk or dining chair made by Chatham County Furniture of High Point, North Carolina. In the manner of Scandinavian postmodern furniture of the era such as by Poul Poulsen for Gangso Mobler.
Solid wood with original caramel naugahyde upholstery.
Very good vintage condition. Very solid frame with original finish. Some color loss to top of chair back. No rips or tears to upholstery. Very light scuffs to finish on a couple edges. There are no wood plugs over the screws, as originally designed.
