1930s Restored Francois Carre Large Cantilever Rockers - a Pair
About the Item
The ultimate in style and comfort of the Carre lineup! These fully restored chairs offer the opportunity to experience the 'feel' of these iconic chairs as if they had just left the factory for the first time! Our professional restoration process includes completely disassembling the chair, replacing every spring, stiffener and rivet throughout the chairs. All components have been taken back to bare metal and primed accordingly prior to reassembly. This is all done while preserving and using the foundation components of each chair. Accordingly, there will be indications present of the actual age of the chairs (i.e. some pitting of legacy parts). The process is competed by finishing with a high-quality powder coat finish. These chairs are ready for many more years of comfort and enjoyment!

- Condition:Replacements made: All springs, stiffeners and rivets have been replaced. The look and especially the feel are as if they just left the factory! Refinished. The pieces have been fully restored, with legacy parts taken back to bare metal. There are some indications present of the actual age of the chair (i.e. some pitting of legacy parts). All components are either new or refinished from bare metal.
