Antonio Volpe Udine/Josef Hoffmann (Attr.) "Egg" Black Rocking Chair, circa 1922

Breathtaking as well as most elegant rocking chair: Fine quality of bentwood manufacturing (black stained.) beech wood/black stained/handwork of finest quality/refurbished by hand This rocking chair has a support for feet as well as a backrest which are adjustable. The 'egg' chair is of very elegant rare shape (elliptic form type, made of bentwood / seat and backrest are made of original wickerwork.) The general construction of this rocking chair gives an advantage to swinging movement/simultaneously with this fact, we have to state that interaction of this chair's different parts, elliptic and vertical struttings, partially decorated with balls, evokes a gorgeous appearance.
