Fabulous vintage Bauhaus style black vinyl faux leather & chrome bentwood style rocking chair after Thonet. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are a few scuffs on the chrome. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, 1970’s. Oh, my goodness… this chair ROCKS! Literally!! This is an awesome bentwood style chrome and black faux leather rocking chair after styles by Thonet. Actually… this chair brings out some nostalgic feelings for me. Some of the first pieces my parents purchased together as a newly married couple “back in the day” were some of the 1970’s chrome furniture by James David. This rocking chair reminds me of some of those pieces and puts me back in their incredible living room! AHHHHH, wonderful memories!!! This particular rocking chair is comprised of a fabulous bentwood style chrome tubular frame and black faux leather zippered back and seat covers. It’s Bauhaus to mid-century modern to modern in style but honestly it would blend beautifully with SO many décor styles. But style isn’t the only feature within this rocker… Talk about superb comfort!! Get ready to rock yourself into a relaxing bliss and relieve your worries, all while looking absolutely fabulous!
