Featuring a handsome set of six French Provincial chairs. The set includes two armchairs measuring 38" in Height and 23" wide by 20.5 " deep. The seat height is 18" The four side chairs are 38"H x 17.5" D x 19.25" W also with an 18" seat height. The seats are covered with hand-woven rush. As you can see there are a few light stains in the rush on two of the seats. The chairs are lightly worn but in solid and stable condition. This set was produced in the latter half of the 19th century. The chairs are in the traditional French country style with cabriolet legs and ladder backs. These will make a gorgeous addition to your French Provincial-styled kitchen or dining area.
