About the Item
Box chair is a minimal occasional lounge chair created by California-based designer N. Bijan Pourfard to emphasize linear simplicity and an “airy” quality that allows you to see through the chair as much as possible. Built using solid wood with equal dimensions in all axes, the Box Chair creates a sort of cube that pays homage to Marcel Breuer's Wassily chair and other Bauhaus creations. With a swiveling backrest and oversized plank seat. Chair shown in ebonized white oak, dyed with India ink and clear coated in water urethane.
