About the Item

A large sized mid 19th century walnut slipper chair with a serpentine front rail. Raised on quality walnut turned front legs with splayed walnut legs to the rear and all with the original Cope & Collinson gilt brass casters. Probably by Holland & Sons Newly upholstered in a Desired Effect Antiques copy of a printed linen we found on an early 19th century slipper chair. 40cm seat height
