Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this sublime original George Smith signature collection standard arm two-seat sofa upholstered with Aztec Kilims

I have the matching footstool and scatter cushions listed along with my items as well as other George Smith Kilim sofas, armchairs and ottomans
Kilim upholstery furniture dates back to the early Victorian era, they were present in the finest country homes, a Kilim is basically a rug used for upholstery, this sofa has two large kilims used, they are an Aztec pattern and look amazing
The seat base is fully coil sprung like a super comfortable mattress (where is where mattresses stole the design from) it offers one of the best seats around and you don't have to worry about fluffing up cushions
The upholstery is in good used condition throughout, I can't see anything negative to note anywhere
