Let me start this off by saying these are pretty much the most comfortable sofas and armchair you will ever sit in, they have the Pirelli rubber sling bases which makes them as comfortable as sitting in a tree hammock. The frames are mid century Brazilian Redwood, you can no longer buy this timber as it is quite rightly, a protected species, the modern day Redwood is Chinese and century's away from being the same quality as the original Brazilian examples
The cushions are all lightly fibre filled so they are nice and squishy, again adding to the comfort, all the cushions are removable and the back sets are all fully upholstered on both sides so if you damage the front, you can simply flip them over and you have a fresh side
Condition wise, they have been fully restored to include having the old colour stripped out, they have then been hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed, waxed down and finally polished, the restoration has been done in such a way to keep all the original patina and charm, but bring the colour back to life

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
