About the Item

A sturdy solid Walnut bar stool with a seat of thin leather straps and back of carved solid Walnut that pivots for ultimate comfort. The frame has polished brass details on the back. WOOD OPTIONS: Solid Walnut, Oak, Mahogany (all $1650 per stool) ($150 more per stool). FINISH OPTIONS: Satin Lacquer or specially formulated Hand-Rubbed Oil in a variety of custom shades. These oil finishes are flat, water proof and penetrate deeply, bonding with the upper fibers of the wood to create a silky surface that feels “finished” but looks like raw wood. Available in Blanched, Pure, Gray, Chocolate, & Charcoal. This particular stool is in Solid Walnut w/ Satin Lacquer Finish. This item is available for custom order and the lead time is 3-6 weeks; sometimes we are able to complete projects faster, so please contact us to inquire. Solid brass plugs are available in light patina, dark patina, polished, or brushed, starting at the top and going clockwise. Please refer to the last image to see these options. Counter stool seat height ranges from 24-26", so all our models come in 26" seat height. They can easily be cut down 1" or 2" per your requirements and at no additional charge. This design is also available as dining chairs and bar stools. For any custom pieces with solid wood or wood veneer, we deliberately choose to use beautifully figural wood that may have some irregularities. You can expect much variation in grain and some knots, slight cracks, and small filled knot holes that are naturally occurring in the completed pieces. It is part of our aesthetic and process when making hand crafted pieces to not attempt to hide these natural irregularities that we believe make a piece more beautiful and unique.
