About the Item
Inspired by the Scandinavian heritage of design and furniture craftmanship, In Between is a result of Sami Kallio’s solid grounding in traditional wood- working techniques and his eye for ingenious detail. It started with a single chair which later resulted in a series of furniture including both tables and chairs. This counter chair comes in three different variants.

Inheriting an innate appreciation for wood, the material historically used in Scandinavian design, Finnish-born Sami Kallio grew up in Sweden. It was here that he honed his skills in traditional woodworking techniques such as woodturning – mastered during his time training as a cabinetmaker.
