About the Item

K.5.21 is an aluminum stool that goes back to basics. Its shape is inspired by the upright sitting position. A horizontal seat, a vertical backrest and a sloping front. The stool is the contradiction of a large, solid volume that, on the other hand, seems very thin and fragile. An elementary object in which architectural elements can be found. An object that blends easily into any environment. Aluminum It can be used as a seat stool, side table, etc., indoors or out. The stool is made from 3 sheets of aluminum that are folded and glued together. about the designer Jord is a young Belgian architect and designer. He questions everyday objects and seeks to create new ones with a different understanding. Thanks to his particular stylistic language, the design never seeks to attract attention, but blends into its environment. It is precisely this simplicity and honesty that he aims for.
